AffinityRx + Cuvo: 15+ vetted compounding pharmacies inside Cuvo
Telehealth brands on Cuvo that send scripts to one pharmacy, or juggle several pharmacy portals, face higher prices, backorders and extra operations work; the fix is a multi-pharmacy router built into the platform. AffinityRx is live inside Cuvo, a launch partner and AffinityRx client, so brands on Cuvo can become AffinityRx clients and order from 15+ vetted compounding pharmacies with side-by-side prices and automatic failover. AffinityRx launched with Cuvo, MyOrbitHealth and a telehealth brand, networks that together process roughly 60–70k orders a month.

What Cuvo is
Cuvo is a telehealth platform, and AffinityRx is the multi-pharmacy router behind its compounded medication ordering.
Cuvo Health describes itself on cuvo.co as a white label telehealth platform for med spas and direct-to-consumer brands, operating licensed providers in all 50 states, pharmacy fulfillment, software and compliance under a customer's brand. Cuvo Health is a DBA of Medstra Inc., according to Cuvo's about page. AffinityRx is not a pharmacy and does not operate Cuvo; licensed compounding pharmacies fill every order, and only the attributed prescriber signs.
How the integration works
Cuvo orders through the same AffinityRx API any telehealth platform can use.
- Catalog and prescribing options. The platform reads pharmacies, catalog items, shipping options and prescribing options through the AffinityRx API.
- Preview and create. The platform previews totals and creates an order with 1 to 20 prescriptions for one patient.
- Sign and submit. The prescriber signs; AffinityRx sends the order to the chosen or primary favorite pharmacy and fails over automatically if needed.
- Track.Signed webhooks report acceptance, shipment, delivery and exceptions such as order.blocked.
Documentation: platform integration, headless integration and webhooks.
How to get started
Brands on Cuvo start with an AffinityRx demo and need no documents.
Book a demo and mention Cuvo. Your AffinityRx account executive sets up the connection, you preload the $5,000 credit, enter your prescribers' NPIs and place a test order before your first real order. If you're moving from RxRelay, LifeFile or a direct pharmacy, the account executive imports patients, order history and active refills for free. Building on another platform? The AffinityRx API takes about 1 day of dev work.
