Service availability

Where we serve

Affinity's pharmacy network covers all 50 U.S. states. Availability of a specific medication depends on the product, dispensing pharmacy, and patient destination. Coverage does not mean that every medication is available in every state.

This coverage statement applies to the 50 U.S. states. For Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States, contact support@joinaffinityai.com to confirm availability before placing an order.

Destination checks

Affinity checks the patient's shipping destination against the selected medication's and pharmacy's permitted service areas. Before releasing an order to a pharmacy, we recheck destination eligibility, applicable pharmacy authorization, product release approval, and shipping eligibility. Orders that fail these checks are blocked from submission.

Clinical care and dispensing

Affinity provides ordering software and is not a healthcare provider. The treating healthcare practice manages clinical consultations and is responsible for clinician licensure and authorization to treat the patient. Pharmacies independently decide whether to accept and dispense a prescription.
