Which Peptides Can You Order on AffinityRx? Sermorelin, NAD+ and More

NAD+SermorelinBPC-157Not orderable

Peptide clinics can order sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and lipo-B/MIC on AffinityRx, a B2B compounding pharmacy marketplace, but not unapproved peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin or injectable GHK-Cu. Peptide sourcing goes wrong when clinics buy from one supplier with no price comparison and no lawful-pathway check, and the fix is a multi-pharmacy platform that only lists compounds with a lawful compounding pathway. AffinityRx puts 15+ licensed pharmacies and 250+ SKUs behind one account, shows the same peptide from several pharmacies side by side, and fails over automatically if a pharmacy is out of stock.

Why peptide sourcing is harder than it looks

Peptides combine the three problems clinics complain about most: wide price swings, supplier minimums and open questions about lawfulness. As of October 1, 2026, injectable NAD+ (1000 mg) was priced by 9 pharmacies on AffinityRx, with the lowest price 27.8% below the median and the highest 76.9% above the lowest. Glutathione (2000 mg and 6000 mg vials) had a lowest price that averaged 36.4% below the median. These figures cover SKUs with 3 or more pharmacies quoting, and they show that pharmacy choice alone changes what a peptide clinic pays.

Minimums are the second problem. One peptide telehealth buyer was quoted minimums of about 50 to 100 units per order by a supplier, which is a lot of inventory risk for a clinic with a small menu.

The third is lawfulness. A pharmacy catalog that lists a peptide is not evidence it can be compounded. As of October 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) states that biological products are not eligible for the compounding exemptions under sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and hCG and tesamorelin are biologics, so AffinityRx does not offer them (FDA). That is why a peptide clinic needs a platform that vets the pharmacy and checks what is orderable, rather than a catalog that lists everything.

How AffinityRx solves peptide sourcing for clinics

  1. Compliant menu. Only compounds with a lawful compounding pathway are orderable, so a clinic is not building a menu on a peptide that could be pulled.
  2. Side-by-side prices. The same peptide appears from several pharmacies with prices shown before ordering. Clinics typically save about 10% versus their current price, as a typical outcome and not a guarantee.
  3. Price set at signing. What you see is what you pay for the medication. Shipping is added on top, typically $15 to $30 per order, with cold chain where an item needs it.
  4. Failover. If the primary pharmacy is out of stock or rejects the order, it moves automatically to the next favorite, with prescriber re-sign by default.
  5. Vetting done for you. AffinityRx checks pharmacy compliance, product testing, track record, market feedback and operations. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
  6. Missing formulas. If a formula is not in the catalog, request it through your account executive or AI support. AffinityRx prioritizes sourcing it.
  7. One account. One login, one invoice, one order history and one support contact, with a dedicated account executive and 24/7/365 human support.

FAQs

Does AffinityRx sell peptides?

Yes, peptides and wellness compounds with a lawful compounding pathway, including sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and lipo-B/MIC. AffinityRx is a B2B marketplace for clinics and telehealth brands, so the clinic orders and a licensed pharmacy fills.

Can I order BPC-157 or TB-500 on AffinityRx?

No. BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and injectable GHK-Cu are unapproved peptides and are not orderable on AffinityRx. AffinityRx adds them only if and when FDA establishes a lawful pathway.

Why aren't hCG and tesamorelin available?

hCG and tesamorelin are biological products, and FDA states that biological products are not eligible for the compounding exemptions under sections 503A and 503B. AffinityRx does not offer them.

A clinic already has a peptide pharmacy. Why add AffinityRx?

If your current peptide pharmacy keeps every compound in stock at a price you accept, the gain is mostly a second quote. If it is out of stock or its price has drifted, AffinityRx keeps it as a primary, shows other pharmacies side by side and fails over automatically. It is $0 to join with no minimum order, and a $5,000 preloaded credit is refundable if you decide not to continue after a 90-day trial.

How do I know the pharmacies behind AffinityRx are vetted?

AffinityRx vets each pharmacy on compliance (state licensures, USP <795>, <797> and <800>, and certifications such as LegitScript, PCAB, ACHC and NABP), product testing, track record, market feedback and operations. Public credentials are on each pharmacy's profile, and backing documents such as certificates of analysis are available on request.

What if the peptide I want isn't in the catalog?

Request it through your account executive or AI support. AffinityRx prioritizes sourcing it, usually within 1 to 2 months, or 2 to 4 weeks when the request is urgent and comes with meaningful volume.
